Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You should receive the refund back into your account within 3-5 banking days from the day it was processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is being processed.

You'll get another notification when your exchange item has been packed and shipped. We expect most orders to be delivered within the next 7 days for replacement or exchanges from the day it was processed. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link in a separate email as soon as your order ships.
